By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the conditions below, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.

Please read the terms carefully:

I, Lady Katya (the artist):

• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time, for any reason.

• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you, the customer, break any of the terms.

• I, as the artist, reserve the right to display and promote all artwork, unless discussed otherwise.

You (the customer/commissioner):

• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media.

• No artwork is allowed to be utilized for NFTs.

• You, as the client, cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork (e.g. reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

• Commercial work subject to additional terms and contract in place.

• Payment and Refund policy:

• Commissions are to be paid in full on the invoice before I begin the drawing. No exceptions.

• As the artist, I am committed to your project. If I cannot complete it, I will issue a refund.
  
  Waiting time:

• If you need the piece finished by a certain time, please state the deadline so that your commission slot will take priority. Otherwise if you, the client, state that your are giving me unlimited time to finish the commission, finish times WILL vary. I will always keep you updated, but I cannot stress enough to please state the deadline if there is any.
